50 years of being involved in martial arts .. what has it given me..40 years a job, a passion,a way of life and respect for others, keep fit, and help others on their path of discovery.. I think these times are passing, the computer and online training seems to be more popular.. but there is nothing like hands on "IRL" even the youngsters have a name for it. Our classes still run.. we still do Private lessons for families or groups.
